Yes, a company can rent vehicles for its operation anywhere in Venezuela. Prestige Empire deploys its units nationwide according to the service order of each contract, backed by its main base in Barcelona, its Fuerzas Armadas base, its operational presence in El Tigre, Pariaguán and Maracaibo, and its office in Caracas.
Where the operation is does not change the method: formal contract, a record per unit and 24/7 GPS. This guide explains how coverage works and what role the bases play.
Where are Prestige Empire's bases?
Prestige Empire has 5+ bases in Anzoátegui, Caracas and Zulia:
- Barcelona, Anzoátegui. Main office and yard, on Av. La Costanera. The own fleet's maintenance area is here.
- Fuerzas Armadas, Barcelona. Base in Barrio Colombia.
- El Tigre, Anzoátegui. Operational presence.
- Pariaguán, Anzoátegui. Operational presence.
- Maracaibo, Zulia. Operational presence in western Venezuela.
- Caracas. Office at Torre BNC, Av. Principal de La Castellana, Chacao.
See them on the bases map.
Can vehicles be rented outside those cities?
Yes. The bases are support points, not a boundary. Prestige Empire has worked with its units in different regions of Venezuela, and depending on the client and the operation, the vehicle is made available at the site set in the contract, anywhere in the country.
What defines the deployment is the service order: how many units, what type, where, from when and with or without a driver. The proposal is prepared from that information.
How does deployment to another part of the country work?
- You state the requirement. Your company details, number and type of units, dates, delivery site and authorized drivers.
- You receive a written proposal. With what is included, what we need from you and how the service is controlled.
- On-site handover with a record. Photos and departure mileage, signed by both parties.
- The unit in your operation. 24/7 GPS, maintenance on us, 24/7 assistance and replacement if the unit fails.
- Return with a record. Photos and arrival mileage, compared with the handover.
The same procedure applies in Barcelona, El Tigre, Maracaibo or at a location far from any city.
Why do bases near the operation matter?
A base close to the job shortens the path of what matters most when something fails: the replacement unit, maintenance and assistance. That is why, when evaluating a supplier, it is worth asking which base the replacement unit leaves from and how far it is from your location.
The Anzoátegui bases cover the east, Maracaibo is in the west and the office is in the capital. For the rest of the country, deployment is organized according to the service order.
Our guide on crew transport to the rig explains why replacement capacity carries so much weight in a field contract.
Which services and units can be taken to each area?
The core service is vehicle rental with or without a driver. The own fleet includes:
- Double-cab pickups: Mitsubishi L200, Toyota Hilux, Foton Tunland and JAC/HFC, for the field and crews.
- SUVs: Ford Territory, Mitsubishi Pajero, Toyota 4Runner and Toyota Fortuner, for supervision and convoys.
- Executive units: Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 and LC200.
There is also crew transport in 15-seat vans and 32- and 45-seat buses, and convoy logistics with an advance unit. Machinery, ambulances and armored vehicles are sourced on request through partners.
For field areas without signal, a Starlink antenna with on-board Wi-Fi is available as an add-on, billed separately.
